The Epilogeas project is about "Causal-Based Variable Selection for Omics Data" due to the action of "ΑΡΙΣΤΕΙΑ ΙΙ". Furthermore the project is implemented under the Operational Programme "Education and Lifelong Learning" and is co-financed by the European Union (European Social Fund) and National Resources.

We are a research group interested in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Biomedical Informatics, affiliated with the Computer Science Department of University of Crete and the Bio-Informatics Laboratory, Institute of Computer Science, Foundation for Research and Technology, Hellas.
